Invent a Tax to impose and create the poster.
First thoughts were of how to impact and create something drastic - an opportunity for something powerful in its design. Re: Fascist posters

= Imposing, terrifying content, strong but with a painterly an more delicate touch than their German equivalents, therefore more of a challenge to emulate and lesser done so.
But I am no painter and time is short..
